All 50 founding member spots were taken on 22 October. From #51, you get a member card, and 5 sign-ups through it earn the same perks.
When we opened sign-ups, we promised the first 50 accounts a numbered founding member card. Those members also get two perks free for life once they launch: job alerts and resume → role matches.

You get a numbered member card too, in graphite, with its own share link.
When 5 people sign up through your link, you get the same founding perks, free for life, once they launch. Your card then picks up a gold "Founding perks" mark. Your profile page shows how close you are. Only sign-ups count, so a share on its own won't move the number.
Your card lives on your profile page and under "Invite others" after you add your job. Every role page also has a Share button. It sends that role's pay page with your invite attached.
