What we're building next, and how you can steer it
Resume → role matches, skill gaps and job alerts are next, roughly in that order. Tell us which one you'd use first.
Most people find OpenLadder when they're weighing up a move or wondering if they're paid fairly. We built it for those moments. It shows what jobs in Singapore pay at each level of experience, the skills employers ask for, and where a role can lead. Every figure comes from job postings on MyCareersFuture, about 86,000 of them, and tells you how many postings it's based on.
You've already shaped what comes next. We watch which roles people search for, and that tells us what to build. Here's the plan, roughly in order.
First is resume → role matches. You upload your resume and see the roles you could move into, ranked by the skills you already have.
Second is skill gaps. Pick a role you want, and we'll show what stands between your job and that one, based on what its postings ask for.
Third is job alerts. Follow a role and we'll email you when new postings match it.
Further out, we'd like to read your experience from your resume, so pages fit your level without any setup.
Which of these would you use first? Write to hello@openladder.io and tell us. A one-line answer helps.
