Add your job and see where you stand
Adding your job now shows typical pay at your level and the three best-paying roles people in your job move to.
If you added your job early on, you probably saw nothing happen. The comparisons switched on quietly in the background, and most people never noticed. That's on us, so we changed it.
You still answer three questions: your job title, your years of experience, and what you're after. Now a snapshot appears straight away.
It starts with typical monthly pay at your level. That's the middle of the advertised range across postings that match your job and experience, with the number of postings beside it. If you've been wondering whether your pay is fair, this is a good place to start.
Below that are the three best-paying roles people in your job tend to move to. Each shows how much more it typically pays and the one or two skills its postings ask for that yours don't. Tap one to open its page.
From then on, every role page marks where you'd sit on its pay ladder with "You're here". A "Compared with your job" card shows the pay difference and the skills to build first. You can change your job anytime on your profile page.
